Ben is dedicated to helping clients and candidates achieve the best results with a focused, targeted approach.

With over 17 years of recruiting and sales experience, Travis specializes in placing technology professionals in roles spanning development, systems integration, and cloud architecture. Based in Washington, DC, he has worked with Fortune 500 clients, federal agencies, and top AM 100 law firms. Outside of work, Travis enjoys time with his family and cheering on DC sports teams.

Paul brings over 20 years of experience in recruiting, HR, and operations, including work with Amlaw firms and Fortune 500 companies. His diverse background as a recruiter, case worker, and operations manager gives him a unique perspective on connecting people with opportunities. Outside of work, Paul supports nonprofit initiatives and enjoys coaching youth basketball.
