She has strong expertise in not only leading successful talent acquisition teams but in actively recruiting for qualified executives, managers and individual contributors within the legal, accounting, information technology, marketing, retail and ecommerce spaces. Paul brings a wealth of experience to JMS Talent with over 20 years of Recruiting, Human Resources and Operations experience and he was an integral part of the Sheppard Consulting team (JMS talent acquisition predecessor company) back in its early days. Paul has demonstrated experience connecting people to the right opportunity while working at multiple Amlaw law firms and Fortune 500 companies. As a Legal Recruiter, Case Worker, Administrative Manager and Operations Manager, he brings a unique understanding of the synergy between Recruiting, Human Resources and Operations. From executive searches, administrative placements or high-volume staffing, Paul embraces the targeted recruiting approach championed by JMS Talent. In addition, Paul supports multiple nonprofit endeavors, such as employment search assistance for those in need and he also devotes time to his passion for basketball as a Director with a local program assisting youth in pursuing their passion of playing basketball at the collegiate level.
