She has strong expertise in not only leading successful talent acquisition teams but in actively recruiting for qualified executives, managers and individual contributors within the legal, accounting, information technology, marketing, retail and ecommerce spaces. Her quantifiable and service focused background in partnering with clients, both domestically and internationally, to understand and support their growth has historically contributed to helping these groups meet their organizational goals.

Travis has over 17 years of experience as both a full-desk recruiter and a sales professional, placing candidates primarily in technology roles with initiatives ranging from web development, systems integration, cloud architecture, network security to technical support. Based out of Washington DC, he has worked with federal and government entities as well Fortune 500 clients, private companies and top AM 100 law firms. Travis has built a career forging relationships with hiring managers across the country as an excellent communicator and a strong business partner. He is detail focused to get proven, targeted results in your search for talent. As a recruiter, his determination to find individuals a new career is what drives him to succeed. Paul Pleas
Paul brings a wealth of experience to JMS Talent with over 20 years of Recruiting, Human Resources and Operations experience and he was an integral part of the Sheppard Consulting team (JMS talent acquisition predecessor company) back in its early days. Paul has demonstrated experience connecting people to the right opportunity while working at multiple Amlaw law firms and Fortune 500 companies. As a Legal Recruiter, Case Worker, Administrative Manager and Operations Manager, he brings a unique understanding of the synergy between Recruiting, Human Resources and Operations. From executive searches, administrative placements or high-volume staffing, Paul embraces the targeted recruiting approach championed by JMS Talent. In addition, Paul supports multiple nonprofit endeavors, such as employment search assistance for those in need and he also devotes time to his passion for basketball as a Director with a local program assisting youth in pursuing their passion of playing basketball at the collegiate level.
